What is a Fiduciary? 

Licensed Professional Fiduciaries (LPF) are individuals with a great amount of care and concern for others.  We are required to follow strict rules and regulations, overseen by the Courts.  LPF's adhere to the Probate Codes of California.  LPF's are responsible for ensuring that those served can put their mind at ease knowing that tasks such as managing assets and carrying out expressed and written wishes will be followed accordingly.
